I recently stayed at Hotel Murano in Tacoma, WA for business and they are clearly winning more business by asking for reviews from their customers.
Within an hour of checking out I received an email from Hotel Murano’s general manager thanking me for my stay and asking me to share my experience online. Here is the email:
